• It can easily cut Katsuramuki (peeling into a long thin slice).
• The finish look will be as moist and glazy as cut with a knife.
• It is exclusively for cutting Katsuramuki, not for making shredded garnish. (For making shredded garnish, you should buy another product or replace the blade with the specific adaptor sold separately.)
• Maximum diameter:100 mm, Maximum width: 120 mm, Thickness of Katsuramuki (Approx): 0.5 mm (without thickness adjustment sheet), Thickness of adjustment sheet: 0.3 mm (up to 2 sheets can be used), Thickness of garnish (Approx.): 0.8mm (with a specific adapter separately sold, 0.6mm)
